Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a Houston school for the 20252026 school year. This onsite position provides the opportunity to supervise a SLPA, manage a caseload of 45 students, and participate in ARDs, compliance, and screening meetings in a collaborative school environment.
Position Details:

Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

Onsite role with optional 4:1 hybrid schedule (4 days in-person, 1 remote)

Caseload: 45 students

Contract Dates: August 11, 2025 June 5, 2026
Responsibilities:
-
Supervise a SLPA in therapy implementation
-
Prepare and attend ARDs for all students on caseload
-
Participate in weekly compliance and monthly speech meetings
-
Assist in Dyslexia screening meetings in spring for KG and 1st grade

Provide individual and group therapy services

Maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:

Active State SLP License or SLP Intern License

Experience supervising SLPAs preferred

Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
